Mall of Dhahran

The Mall of Dhahran took only 11 months to complete and is regarded as one of the outstanding success stories of retailing in Saudi Arabia.

It is anchored by Géant Hypermarket,Debenhams, Zara and City Plaza.The mall benefits from a strong retail mix of over 200 stores offering an array of international brands and retailer disciplines including primary franchise operators and leisure and entertainment provided by a large food court and a Sparky’s Family Entertainment area.

With increased retail space, the new extension provides both retailers and visitors with even more choice. The extension is built on land 190,000 sqm and features 108,000 sqm of built up
area resulting in 81,000 sqm of commercial space available for rent.

In addition to, and with the full support of, the mall’s existing 21,000 sqm anchor tenant Géant, the new extension will highlight a 20,500 sqm facility dedicated to Kika, the Austrian furnishing giant. This year the Mall of Dhahran’s extension will extend the concept of big box retailing concept to one of the region’s most established and successful malls with the addition of a world-class furniture franchise and several large scale vendors to the existing mall proposition.
