The brief was to create a destination, an oasis for travellers on their way to Dubai. The concept originated from the idea of two hands raising from the ground in prayer. This extensive master plan site is design to be an evolving entity that grows and adapts in response to its usage. A global spectacle, it will blend numerous facilities into the same site, including commerce, leisure, entertainment and culture.
